• For insole lengths we work to SATRA guidelines but there will always be a variance depending on mould, styling and supplier.
  • Shoe size is not related to age – there is no direct correlation. Although as a very rough guideline for product safety we advise a UK7 is approximately an age 3years (although this can vary greatly between children).
  • Footwear aims to fit the majority. Because of a range of variables i.e. foot shapes, sizes and sensitivities it is never possible to fit all.
  • Soles are often ‘off the shelf’ units that we cannot change. On a small number of styles the EU size on the sole may not match our UK/EU conversions on the swing tickets. This isn’t a fault.
  • Dicomfort/blisters are a minor fault and can be the result of a number of factors i.e. the end use (e.g. jellies not design for everyday wear, introduction of saltwater and sand can cause further friction), child’s sensitivity, hosiery worn and the fit of the shoe.
  • If our footwear has caused a laceration, rather than just blisters or rubbing, we would want to know. Or if you regularly receive complaints re. a styles comfort please let us know.
  • Wellie construction – changed to remove additional seam to prevent bursting. Old stock (pre AW21) is still present in the business.
  • Velcro construction – in recent seasons we have changed to include a O ring so the straps feed back on themselves preventing the strap from opening during walking.
