Smell on items fresh out of a bag

Some items, such as knitwear or printed items, might have a slight odour when first taken out of the bag. This is usually due to it being a natural product being shipped and kept in a plastic bag. It is not chemicals. This is nothing to worry about and with a little airing, the smell will disappear. If a customer can smell it we can advise to wash it before wear - and it will be gone. The item is not defective and there is no need to log a ticket. If the smell is notable and continues after 48 hours of airing, please log a ticket
