If you see a one off item in store with a thread up to 2cm in length, please carefully trim. If it's present on more than one garment in the same style, please log a QC Ticket.

If it's over 3cm on a baby or layette style and one or more affected, please log a Critical Issue through the QC Helpdesk. 

If you are trimming but also logging a ticket, please take photos and log first so we have evidence for our supplier.
