Our buttons on kidswear are sourced from trusted suppliers and are tested to be strong enough that they won't come off in everyday use. 

This is why we do not supply spare buttons. In the unlikely event one does come off and has been lost, please offer the customer a discount if they keep it, replace the item or refund if needed, take back the item and register it as a Critical Issue on the QC help desk as we will need to investigate the stock further.

Maternity clothes do come with spare buttons. You don't need to log a QC ticket but if you do a return or exchange please do select the correct returns code for it so we can track potential issues.
