We take great care to test wash all our clothing and are confident that if the correct wash instructions are followed shrinkage should be minimal or not occur:
Viscose Fabrics: Used in maternity. Viscose on the high street shrinks by 8-10%. We pre-wash all our viscose fabrics to minimise this and allow the customer to understand the fit they are buying, but even after production the customers items might still shrink a little depending on their machines. This can almost always be ironed out. It is NOT faulty.
Knitwear - see KNITWEAR
Jersey - e.g. sleepsuits. The standard on the high street is for item to shrink 8%. We pre-shrink all our fabrics to ensure that depending on the customers machine our items should either not shrink or only by 1-2%. THIS IS NOT FAULTY.
See our current UK Refund and Exchange Procedure document for how to act with shrunken items.
