Our children's necklaces are engineered to break under force. This is to ensure the child can escape if the necklace became caught. 

You may notice an increase in breakages/returns from AW21 onwards because of this. Please reassure the customer this is a safety feature of the product. 

Our baby hairbands will also have a velcro breakpoint incorporated into them from SS22 for the same reason.
